What are the delivery options?

We currently offer four methods of delivery: standard, next day, BFPO and Click & Collect. We also deliver internationally. You can view all of the countries we deliver to here: International Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery

Using our Standard UK Delivery, your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public/bank holidays. Our standard delivery starts at £4.99.

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order before 5pm Monday through Friday and select next day delivery, you will receive your order the next day. If you place your order before 5pm Saturday, you will receive your order on Monday. This, similar to standard shipping, excludes Sundays and public/bank holidays. Next day delivery starts at £6.99.

Orders placed after 5pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver.

BFPO Delivery

If you are ordering to a BFPO address then these shipments will be delivered to the BFPO Headquarters. Once delivered there, it will be the responsibility of the HQ to send these orders on to you. BFPO delivery costs £7.99.

Click & Collect

You can get your order delivered to one of our House of Fraser stores within the UK. Once your order has been delivered to your chosen store, you'll get an email confirming it's ready to be picked up. The email will also contain your unique delivery code - you’ll need that to pick up your parcel. Your parcel will take 5-7 working days to be delivered to your chosen store. Click & Collect costs £4.99.

Every time you use our Click & Collect delivery service and collect your parcel from our own stores, you'll receive a £10 voucher to spend in-store. You'll be given your voucher by our store staff when you collect your parcel.

Your parcel can only be collected within your chosen store’s opening hours. Please ensure you have your order number, unique delivery code (from your order collection email) and a form of ID, if you don't have all three, you will not be able to collect your order.

The forms of ID that we currently accept are:

• Cheque Guarantee / Credit / Debit Card

• Bank / Building Society Book

• Valid Passport

• Cheque Book

• Drivers Licence

• Utility Bill

For people under the age of 18:

• National Insurance Card

• Medical Card

• Savings Book

Please note that if you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will either need proof of your identity (from the list above) or identification with the same surname as yours.

You have up to 28 days to collect your parcel from your chosen store. We’ll send you a reminder email three times within this period to pick up your parcel. If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, it will be returned to the warehouse. If you need any further help with your Click & Collect parcel, please reach out to Customer Services.

COVID19 UPDATE. Hermes has a new feature in their app called My Places which allows customers to set preferences for all their parcel deliveries. This is something which is especially important during the temporary contact-free delivery approach as the country responds to the COVID19 crisis. You can set your safe place, upload a photo of your safe place and choose your preferred neighbour; something that will be useful once things have settled down after the COVID19 restrictions.
